The Regional Senior Director of Revenue Management is a critical role within Breakthru’s Revenue Management organization. It is responsible for enhancing the profitability of our markets and our partners. The role reports to the Regional VP, Finance for the East and Central/West Regions, respectively. This role is responsible for:
- Establishing, maintaining, and supervising in-market Revenue Management and Pricing teams
- Creating and implementing improved and standardized revenue management processes, programs, and tools
- Assisting markets, suppliers, and customers with revenue management projects to drive joint profitability
Coordinates with Supplier Finance and regional counterpart to coordinate develop and implement standards and improved processes and tools across the enterprise.
This leader will be a strategic partner to Breakthru’s commercial leadership with respect to pricing strategy, revenue management, and trade promotion management and be the expert for these topics within their region.

Digital Evolution is a critical pillar of Breakthru’s long-term strategic plan. The VP of Digital and eCommerce is responsible for developing and leading the implementation of BBG’s digital commerce vision as part of the Digital Evolution strategic pillar focused on Establishing BBG as the leading wholesaler in the digital commerce channel. Preferred locations for this position are Chicago, Baltimore, NYC
This leader will be accountable for:
- The implementation, adoption, and growth of BBG’s B2B eCommerce platform
- Developing and growing our 3-Tier eCommerce (B2C) business and profitability by winning the digital shelf
- Building and enhancing BBG’s digital marketing capability, including digital program development and design in partnership with commercial teams to drive incremental sales, and the selection, adoption, enhancement, and performance of our digital commercial tools including 3rd party relationships in coordination with IT
- Building, developing and leading team of above-market, corporate talent to achieve BBG’s digital commerce vision
Alongside the Chief Growth Officer, this leader and team will represent the Digital Evolution pillar of BBG’s long-term strategic plan to the supplier and customer communities. The VP, Digital and eCommerce will coordinate with commercial sales organization to develop and grow the 3-Tier eCommerce trade channel across BBG markets. Acting as a senior advisor to the CCO and commercial leadership in the digital space, this leader will serve as a bridge between the technical and the commercial aspects of digital commerce.
