Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a dynamic Senior HRIS Analyst to join our growing team! This role will report into the Senior Director of HRIS and play a key role in system configuration, data migration, testing, reporting, troubleshooting and end-user assistance from a Workday perspective. Additionally having the opportunity to support short- and long-term projects that deliver HR's strategies and supports the organization's growth.
This position will operate in a hybrid capacity (two days in the office, three days from home) and can be based from any Breakthru Beverage Group location.
The Account Development Specialist is responsible for maximizing the sales and marketing of supplier brands to a targeted account base through effective planning, selling, merchandising and communication that permits achievement of company and supplier objectives. This role must maintain strong relationships with the key stakeholders/gatekeepers of the supplier accounts and be the ‘go-to’ consultant for the accounts. The Account Development Specialist will be active with in-market events and education.
This Sales Developement Representative (Summit Wine Off-Premise) position will support portfolio brands through a number of different sales territories. The primary responsibility for this position will be to fill in open territories (as needed) in order to maximize the sales of supplier brands to the trade. This position may be asked to assist the Merchandising Department during particularly heavy merchandising periods.
This position will be located in the greater Denver Front Range.
Salary and Benefit Statement:
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.
Compensation package: Range: $42,000- $52,000
Monthly car allowance included.
This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
