A Field Sales manager achieves sales volume and distribution objectives of the company and supplier by managing and coaching a team of sales representatives to make their standards of performance goals through proper planning, organization, training, and execution.
This position is designed as a sales development role and will rotate through a number of different territories. The primary responsibility for this position will be to fill in open territories as needed in order to maximize the sales of supplier brands to the trade. This position may be asked to assist the Merchandising Department during particularly heavy merchandising periods.

The position will serve as centralized accounting liaison to assigned operating units and strive to be good business partner to local finance teams. Must be open to continual reviews around process improvement and operational efficiency. Must be comfortable with effectively communicating with team members and business partners in the field.

The Account Development Specialist is responsible for maximizing the sales and marketing of supplier brands to a targeted account base through effective planning, selling, merchandising and communication that permits achievement of company and supplier objectives. This role must maintain strong relationships with the key stakeholders/gatekeepers of the supplier accounts and be the ‘go-to’ consultant for the accounts. The Account Development Specialist will be active with in-market events and education.
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the operations at a warehouse to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule.
