Compensation Details
- $39k Salary + Commission & Incentives
- $1,500k Sign On Bonus
- Mileage Reimbursement at 65.5 cents per Business Miles driven

The Category Developer is the category expert for Diageo brands (Tequila or Whiskey) within a targeted account base. They are focused against increasing share and velocity of their assigned commodity using tactics that help sell-in the right brands to customers and sell-out to consumers via planning and execution of brand activations. This role must maintain strong relationships with the key stakeholders/gatekeepers of the supplier accounts and be the ‘go-to’ consultant for the accounts.
The Category Developer will be active with in-market events and education.
Our Category Developers will be required to participate in a two-week ‘in-person’ Academy Category Training.
This position is located in Boulder and Longmont, CO.
Salary and Benefit Statement:
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.
Compensation package: Range: $56,280- $70,350 + $4800 car allowance.
This position is eligible to participate in a bonus program. Metrics and level of participation are determined annually.

The Commercial Strategy Manager will help shape and implement Breakthru’s multi-year commercial road-map, that integrates into Corporate Strategy, to deliver sustainable, profitable growth. The Manager, Commercial Insights and Analytics is a key leader to drive Breakthru’s data-driven insights to support key supplier partner(s), with commodity focus in either Tequila or Whiskey. They are an expert in Breakthru’s data and syndicated data sources, with the skills to train and develop other analysts and sales leaders. They will uncover insights for key suppliers, customers, and sales leadership through predictive and prescriptive analytics. They will develop best practices to drive business growth. Provides analytical support, sales insights, and helps drive category, channel, and market-based solutions across BBG markets. Supports implementation of analytics strategy within markets.

The Senior Manager, Insights and Analytics supports building the corporate and local analytics infrastructure to implement analytics strategy across the entire company for top supplier partner(s).
