The Account Development Specialist is responsible for maximizing the sales and marketing of supplier brands to a targeted account base through effective planning, selling, merchandising and communication that permits achievement of company and supplier objectives.  This role must maintain strong relationships with the key stakeholders/gatekeepers of the supplier accounts and be the ‘go-to’ consultant for the accounts.  The Account Development Specialist will be active with in-market events and education.

The Senior National Analyst will support the National Account Team by providing analytical support,sales insights and consumer oriented solutions. This position will lead the effort to review and translate shopper and retail data (internal, customer POS, & syndicated) into actionable strategy and tactics. This position will also leverage insights to focus on improving product assortment, placement, and promotions, as well as assist in the planning and forecasting process for key suppliers with core customers.    This position must be based in Ohio and able to commute to Cincinnati 2-4 times a week to start.
