Leads the development and execution of the Walmart business plan for Breakthru Beverage and our Supplier Partners. Drives the Joint Business Plan process with Walmart and suppliers to ensure alignment of goals and objectives. Develops KPI’s for selling and executing the plan and tracking and measuring with markets.
This position must be based in Arkansas to report to the local office 3-5 times a week.
The Digital Market Analyst will support the Director of Digital Growth and Digital Market Manager Team through data mining, digital program sales analysis and Breakthru Now performance data. This role will lead in gathering actionable digital insights and data from each market to be used in business reviews, programs recaps, business planning and sales trainings.

Compensation Details
- $41k Salary + Commission & Incentives
- $1,500 Sign On Bonus
- Mileage Reimbursement at 65.5 cents per Business Miles driven

Under general supervision, assigns work schedule to work crew. Trains warehouse workers and follows company guidelines to revise work assignments. Is trained and certified to use hand-held electronic inventory devices to track, code, or mark merchandise. Follows oral or written work orders in the areas of order pulling, receiving, storing product properly. Leads the receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of company product. Maintains stock records and schedules. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Salary and Benefit Statement:
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.
- Schedule: Sunday through Thursday - start at 7:30 PM
- Compensation: $27/hour + $2 night shift differential
The Maintenance Technician will primarily ensure the reliable operation of the conveyor system. This role will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair operation of conveyor system and all other mechanical items on the property.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3pm to Finish
Pay rate : $25.00/hr to $31.00/hr
