The Senior Director, Human Resources is responsible for ensuring the effective performance of all facets of HR for BBG’s market sales and operations teams. A Market Senior HR Director will be key to transforming the culture and serve as the business partner for the EVP and executive team for the business. The Senior HR Director will consult with business leaders on strategic direction and critical priorities aligning people implications. This role will be a leader who builds an inclusive culture and drive a diverse talent pipeline. This role requires bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking skills.

The Tractor Trailer Driver uses their CDLA to drive our tractor-trailers in a safe and courteous manner. Load and unload pallets, products, & equipment to deliver products from our distribution center to tour customers’ places of business. While meeting or surpassing company productivity standards, policies, and safety rules and procedures Schedule Tuesday - Friday. 8 pm - 1 am -done Occasionally - Mondays & Saturdays
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the Warehouse and facilitate and maintain all repairs and installation activities.Schedule: Days/ Nights some weekends
