We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for identifying top-tier talent for our Maryland and DC teams, having a focus on filling sales or sales support roles (Merchandisers, Sales Representatives, Analysts, etc.). The successful individual will build partnerships with key stake holders and partner with local HR Business Partners to consistently execute Talent Acquisition initiatives in order to successfully attract qualified talent. Also, providing expertise and strategies throughout the hiring process, starting from the point of the job posting all the way to candidate selection.
This position will ideally be based in Middle River, Maryland to meet our hybrid schedule expectations (2 days in the office, 3 days from home).
The Manager, Route Optimization is a member of the market operations routing team and responsible for the strategic route planning processes (reroutes) in the assigned market(s). The position reports to the Director, Route Optimization. Working collaboratively with site Operation Directors, the Sales Team and other key Executives, this individual will lead the market reroute project in a collaborating, engaging, & thoughtful way ensuring a higher level of consistent service & on time delivery while reducing waste and cost for the market. They will also standardize routing operating procedures, bench marking, sharing best practices, and serving as the thought leader and route planning subject matter expert.
This is a hybrid position (2 days in the office, 3 days from home) can be based in any of the 17 states Breakthru Beverage operates in.
