  • Overview

    The Lead Infrastructure Support Engineer supports end users for hardware, application, system, mobile device, and access issues. This position will work with a team of local and regional peers as well as our Corporate infrastructure resources to ensure systems performance & availability across our voice and data networks. 

    Responsibilities

    • Execute day-to-day support across local infrastructure. Ensure all desktop/infrastructure issues are effectively supported.
    • Execute the implementation and support for software and hardware standards for desktop and infrastructure as well as network infrastructure
    • Work with Sr. IT Staff to influence direction for desktop and infrastructure related issues
    • Provide remote assistance and back-up support for other BBG Markets

    Qualifications

    • Associates degree in technology related field or two years related experience
    • Demonstrate technical ability; support (Windows 7/10, AD, VPN, Remote Support application, MDM, iOS, TCP/IP)
    • Office365
    • Experience with managing multiple end-user support requests’ through a central ticket system while maintaining established SLA’s and processes
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Advanced oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent Customer Service Skills
    • Self-starter with the ability to effectively work with minimal supervision
    • Must be motivated and willing to learn
    • Strong Organizational skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • SCCM/MDT
    • PowerShell
    • Warehouse technology (barcode scanners, label printers, etc…)
    • Networking/switching troubleshooting
