    The Beverage Development Specialist assists the Beverage Development Manager in order to develop cocktail programs and training modules for Sales Teams to drive and maximize our Company's position in Top Accounts/Marketplace.


    Required Duties:

    • Act as value-added support to sales team by effectively developing cocktail concepts and strategies
    • Assist in driving priority brands thru visibility, education, and advocacy
    • Assist in delivery of category training modules to the Sales Teams
    • Assist Beverage Development Manager for key Signature Events to include planning, coordinating and executing events.
    • Manage Alchemy Room inventories of liquor, produce, and tools, maintain organization of room
    • Assist  Executive Team and Suppliers in use of Alchemy Room for events and dinners
    • Assist in driving visibility and advocacy for Company portfolio in target Accounts
    • Identify selling opportunities as supplemental support to sales team
    • Assist on special projects to enhance supplier and customer relations
    • Identify and Communicate Competitive Activities
    • Continual Development of industry, channel and brand knowledge thru National Event attendance and participation
    • Communicate activity weekly thru meetings and tracking forms
    • Develop cocktail concepts to help support Innovation Launches
    • Connect with the local mixology community and forge lasting relationships


    Must be able to:

    • Presentation and interpersonal skills


    Required Skills:

    • 4 year college degree preferred, or equivalent experience
    • 2-3 years Bartending/Mixology
    • 1-2 years managing a Beverage Program
    • Basic Budget, Sales and Marketing experience
    • Excellent MS Office skills


    Physical Demands of Job:

    • Frequent hand motion with answering and dialing phones, computer work.
    • Occasional carrying and lifting of 15 pounds to perform various duties
    • Occasional immediate reaching and overhead reaching to perform various duties
    • Occasional standing for short amounts of time to perform various duties
    • Occasional walking for short amounts of time to perform various duties
    • Extended sitting for long periods of time at desk or workstation
