  • Overview

    Coordinate the in-market activities for specific Wine and Spirit suppliers. Effective administration of the order processing system for select brands within the Breakthru portfolio nationally.


    • Work with supplier representative to prepare and coordinate supplier’s market visits.
    • Administer the preparation and submission for retail and Liquor Board application system nationally
    • Ensure that there is full compliance with Liquor Board requirements for labels, ship dates etc.
    • Ensure the full resolution of any issues arising during interaction with supplier representatives
    • Ensure the effective administration of the consignment and high volume order processing system.
    • Prepare pricing recommendation to support adhoc request on identified SKU as required
    • Support preparation for trade shows as required
    • Ensure the effective administration of the Liquor Board marketing program application system nationally.
    • Coordination of miscellaneous activities e.g. store pick-ups, tastings etc. as required
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Tertiary level degree
    • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office
    • Good multi-tasking and organizational skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Knowledge of order processing
    • Demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving skills
