The IT Application Support Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day support of Sales and Distribution and Commercial Capabilities modules/systems in use at Breakthru Beverage Group. This currently includes (but is not limited to) Configuring and developing/extending applications used to execute those systems. This role will act as a subject matter expert, assisting end users, peers and external vendors to help manage enhancements, configuration activity, integrations, and provide support across all Breakthru Beverage locations.
This position will work directly with Commercial teams, Internal IT and vendor teams to support processes, and mitigate issues. This includes planning, execution, and delivery of enhancements and projects on time and within scope.
Responsible for supporting the business to build and enhance business processes in commercial capabilities and sales and dsitribution area. Responsible for overall performance and availability.
Collaborate with functional associates and IT team on system requirements, design, enhancements, system configuration, defects, and solutions. Act as a liaison between the business and IT development teams (both internal and external).
Support Software Lifecycle Management activities including upgrades, rollouts and any other ongoing maintenance activity.
