  • Overview

    Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors by patrolling/monitoring company interest.

    • Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrol (interior and/or exterior) of property.
    • Monitor access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
    • Observe, detect and report any suspicious activities, criminal acts or company policy infractions.  
    • Respond in a timely manner to all incidents to include medical emergencies, accidents, and alarms by following emergency response procedures in accordance with company policies.
    • Investigate and write reports on all incidents and accidents.
    • Report to work on time and complete shift assignments with professional demeanor.
    • Perform additional functions, duties and tasks as necessary in order to achieve assigned objectives.

    • High School diploma or its equivalent
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Must have reliable transportation and auto insurance required
    • Flexible schedule – weekends, all shifts, and special assignment availability
    • Surveillance skills
    • Safety Management
    • MS Office Skills
    • Proprietary systems knowledge, Cisco Systems, or equivalent preferred.
    • CPR / AED Certified preferred


    Physical Demands of Job:

    • Occasional carrying and lifting of 45 pounds to perform various duties as assigned
    • Frequent standing and walking for short amounts of time to perform duties
    • Occasional sitting for brief periods of time at desk or workstation
    • Occasional Push/Pull/ Bend/Squat to perform various duties as assigned
    • Occasional Climb Stairs
