  • Overview

    The primary purpose of this position is to support the supplier accounts receivable team with supplier contribution and support.


    • Compile, review, and analyze monthly depletion allowances for the Trade Development team. Work with Trade to reconcile variances with deal and pricing chargebacks. Provide data support on ad-hoc requested level
    • Manage monthly reporting and reconciliation of DPP/Supplier per-case-sold contributions to Trade Development managed support banks. Provide Supplier Accounts Receivable analysts with adequate contribution supporting data.
    • Track, coordinate, and distribute sample expense data for all Breakthru Beverage Nevada Sales and Trade Development teams. Included in this process are; managing sample policy, generating monthly sample expense reports, match sample invoices with supporting backup, and resolve variances.
    • Create supplier invoices, with supporting data, for the supplier expected portion of volume incentive payments that are provided to retail customers.  
    • Access and post applicable invoices to supplier portals for select major suppliers that include, but not limited to, MillerCoors, Heineken, and Gallo. Work with Supplier Reps and Trade Development business managers to resolve pricing issues and variances to ensure correct supplier payments on a consistent basis.


    • 2-5 years of Supplier Accounts Receivable experience
    • Must pass Excel test
    • Must be proficient in excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, graphing)
      • Ability to set up and choose key data to show in reporting including graphs and key data points to persuade and inform executives and external and internal customers with some guidance
    • Must be able to handle large chunks of data from multiple sources
    • Must be able to access and navigate multiple supplier portals
