  • Overview

    Support Trade Development management team with reporting and tracking in order to develop and nurture an “information rich” environment lending itself to the successful delivery of the annual business plan. Support Trade Development team on customer specific deliverables.

    Responsibilities

    Coordinate the ordering, tracking, and allocation of all POS managed by Trade Development

     

    Work with finance to ensure invoices are processed and managed through workflow and that budgets are maintained and SPENDS are tracked

     

    Assist in planning and executing various marketing events, new product launches, retail account promotions, and team building events.

     

    Coordinate with Trade team and suppliers to organize all aspects of new innovation kick offs, new Item launch meetings (samples, room set-up, scheduling, PowerPoint Presentations, etc.) as well as new supplier onboarding including the coordination of the new item/new supplier process.

     

    Coordination of meetings, events & special projects. Assist with all trade event planning & preparation

     

    Various projects to assist Trade Director and team with planning, coordinating, tracking, and activating programs, activities, and events.

     

    Assist Trade Analysts and Trade Managers as needed in report building and tracking (ROI, execution, etc.)

    Enter Trade + pricing when needed, AX input when needed, and Activity Planner programs monthly

     

    Qualifications

    • Preferred college degree BA/BS or 2 years of experience
    • Excellent MS Office skills
    • Industry knowledge desired
