The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to a department and/or corporate functions. This position requires effective communication skills and confidentiality. Ensure a smooth and expedited execution of all administrative details.
Supports the department by coordinating appointments, meetings, lunches and travel arrangements as needed. Answer incoming phone traffic and office voicemail.
Processes daily mail by coordinating ingoing/outgoing and drop off/pick up of time sensitive materials.
Maintains office supplies including copy and fax equipment, FedEx and miscellaneous office equipment by ordering and tracking as needed.
Maintains orderly records and files by creating organized filing system.
Contributes to team effort by assisting in special projects as needed and providing administrative assistance to other functional areas
Perform other administrative duties not assigned.
