  • Overview

    The Human Resources Business Partner works with business leaders in planning and strategy related to all human capital management objectives. Manages day-to-day human resources functions, including but not limited to employee relations, compensation and other human capital management issues. Brings concerns, process improvements, etc. to HR management and other house leadership.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with business leaders in planning and strategy related to human capital management objectives. Manages day-to-day human resources functions, including but not limited to employee relations, compensation and other human capital management issues. Work with business leaders and HR management to identify concerns and drive process improvements.
    • Collaborate with corporate on benefit selection, enrollment and administration.
    • Manage the annual compensation cycle.
    • Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition to ensure the timely filling of vacancies.
    • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
    • Partner with legal department to ensure all legal and regulatory compliance requirements relating to the day-to-day management of staff are achieved.
    • Provide guidance and input for organization design initiatives.
    • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the Corporate HR to develop solutions, programs and policies
    • Work closely with management and staff to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase retention

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or its equivalent
    • Minimum 6 years experience in similar role
    • HR Certification required
    • Sound knowledge of HR functional areas –(Performance Management, Total Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition)
    • Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and team work
    • Experience in Change Management
    • Excellent relationship building and coaching skills
    • Excellent MS Office skills
