  • Overview

    The Human Resources Coordinator provides support to organize, coordinate and execute all projects and initiatives for the HR department. Key tasks include employee education on programs and policies; general administration of benefits and payroll; maintain employee file system; administration of HRIS; recruitment administration and onboarding new hires.


    • Support rollout and administration of all HR initiatives including; performance management process, annual reward cycle process, employee engagement activities.  
    • Effectively communicate and respond to employees in a timely manner regarding HR queries and requests. Maintain local employee files, HRIS database and absence management system.
    • Provide support for benefit administration, payroll processing, employee incentive programs and Occupational Health and Safety initiative.
    • Analyze HR data and generate reports to track key HR metrics on a monthly /quarterly basis.
    • Provide support for Talent Acquisition in sourcing candidates, interviewing and onboarding of new hires as required.


    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Minimum 2 years prior HR experience required
    • Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills in Pivot Tables, VLookups and other basic data analysis functions.  Word experience should include mail merge expertise and working with tables.
    • Knowledge of an HRIS platform required
    • Good analytical and business planning skills
    • Good multi-tasking and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
    • Maintains strong attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal skills
