  • Overview

    Responsible for providing superior service to business units for entry and processing of employment related transactions in SAP.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensures timely and accurate entry and review of employment related transaction data on associate records in SAP and Workday. Maintains positions and organizational hierarchy within SAP and Workday ensuring system alignment.
    • Processes all Leave of Absence requests within Workday system to ensure timely and accurate leave pay for associates.
    • Assists payroll team with the entry and set up of resident/work tax withholdings, federal tax withholdings, recurring & onetime payment records, and direct deposit information in SAP.
    • Responsible for review of all benefit election records in Workday ensuring accurate set up of benefit deductions in SAP. Supports Genesis time clock system by setting up new associates in the time clock and managing changes/updates to existing associate records.
    • Ensures that Data Management policies and procedures are accurate by updating periodically or as processes change.
    • Ensures that changes to the SAP and/or Workday systems are implemented seamlessly by conducting testing on the system as necessary.
    • Supports SAP HR and Workday HCM by acting as a central point of contact for questions or support requests regarding associate data and payroll.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
    • 2 years experience with HRIS and Payroll systems strongly preferred.
    • Experience with SAP, Workday or a similar enterprise wide system required, payroll experience a plus
