This project management role is responsible for driving sales performance related to revenue, gross profit, case sales, customer relations, supplier relations and associate engagement. The Capabilities Project Manager partners with local leaders and the Regional Capability Director to identify the key initiatives in the specific market then facilitates the development, adoption and leadership buy-in for execution. The role reports into sales with a dotted line to the Regional Capabilities leader. The role is also responsible for developing current programs and identify new programs.
