Lead and execute all Sales and Trade Development objectives within the state or division with full P&L responsibility while maintaining good working relationships with suppliers, customers, and counterparts.


Execute long term Strategic Vision within the marketplace

Build and manage sales and trade development budgets

Build Mission Analysis and effective measures throughout teams and channels and review on an ongoing basis

Gain organizational alignment to overall Strategy through Succession Planning and Breakthru Professional Development

Train, coach, and motivate direct reports to deliver maximum impact in the market

Lead direct reports effectively by clearly communicating roles and responsibilities, expectations and deliverables



Graduate/MBA preferred or relevant experience (15 years of management)

10 or more years’ experience managing sales and sales management

Relevant cross-functional experience (finance, operations, IT, HR, project management, etc.)

Sales Management with major company

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
