A Field Sales manager achieves sales volume and distribution objectives of the company and supplier by managing and coaching a team of sales representatives to make their standards of performance goals through proper planning, organization, training, and execution.

Position pay range: $64,000 - $70,000 annually (Any offered salary is determined on internal equity, internal salary ranges, applicant's skills, market /data ranges and prior relevant experience). This role partcipates in the annual sales bonus program and also receives a car allowance.
This position will cover the Pittsburgh West/Central market with locations in but not limited to Pittsburgh, State College, Lancaster, and Harrisburg, PA
