As the Field Sales Manager for Off-Premise, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and brand presence across key retail channels. You will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with retail managers and store owners to maximize product visibility, increase sales, and implement strategic marketing initiatives. This is a highly autonomous role with a focus on delivering results, while embodying our values. A Field Sales manager achieves sales volume and distribution objectives of the company and Diageo & Moet supplier by managing and coaching a team of sales representatives to make their standards of performance goals through proper planning, organization, training, and execution.
