A Field Sales manager achieves sales volume and distribution objectives of the company and supplier by managing and coaching a team of sales representatives to make their standards of performance goals through proper planning, organization, training, and execution.
This role will be reposnisble for managing On-Premise Sales Representtatives in the San Diego market area.
Salary and Benefit Statement:
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.
Compensation package: Range: $76,800- $96,000.
This position is eligible to participate in a bonus program. Metrics and level of participation are determined annually.
Business mileage reibursement at 70 cents per mile.
This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
