Breakthru Beverage Group is on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President of Sales to join our team! In this role, the Vice President of Sales will be tasked with developing strategies, coordinating efforts, leading initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of both supplier and Breakthru Beverage Group (BBG) projects in close partnership with the EVP, supplier sales, and trade marketing teams.
This position will oversee all commercial sales teams in Wisconsin, particularly in the southern region (both On and Off Premise). The Vice President will also lead a dedicated group of sales leaders to maximize sales, boost field-marketing opportunities, and meet financial targets in the market. They will play a crucial role in ensuring that the in-market sales organization is well-prepared to respond to changing business needs and strategic objectives. Furthermore, this individual will prioritize the continuous development of the in-market team's skills and expertise.
This is a hybrid position that must be based from our Milwaukee, Wisconsin office location.
