Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and partnering with Executive Leadership, the Vice President, Total Rewards is responsible for the design, development and implementation of comprehensive total reward programs that align with BBG’s strategy and vision. In addition, this role will have broader responsibilities to include helping drive the strategy, implementation and continued transformation of the overall Human Resources initiatives that will propel the company forward.
